My Story

Hey guys! My name is Stephanie Peterson, I'm the founder and owner of Luxe Brides and if your checking out our services then you might be a little curious about me, my experiences and my team. Well here it goes.

I started as many do working at a cosmetic counter, Estée Lauder to be exact. I was a very young mom and my two passions were my family and makeup. The more I worked with clients and was able to help them the more passionate I became for makeup and decided to pursue it further. This led me to Joe Blasco Professional Makeup School in Orlando where I graduated before making the big move to Las Vegas.

I spent more than 20 years working in the Entertainment industry as a makeup artist/hair stylist. I have had the pleasure of working with/on celebrity clients, award shows, red carpet events, productions, ad campaigns, photo shoots with top photographers and more.

I have had some absolutely unforgettable experiences and have worked with some amazing people throughout the years but I have always felt something was missing in my career. It was the satisfaction of helping the everyday woman realize her beauty and potential. This is what I had in the very beginning of my career. So I created mini Ebooks on the basics of makeup and makeup application. My goal is to help the woman who really don't understand the basics of makeup and makeup application get a full understanding of makeup, how it works and how it can help them.

From there I started working with brides, I can't express enough how much joy I get in being apart of the biggest day of someone's life. Giving brides a celebrity like experience on the day of their wedding is not something every one can offer. After all, brides are the celebrity of their wedding day and I want you to have that experience and enjoy every minute of it! This requires the 20+ years of experience working with everyone from the everyday moms to some of the industries top celebrities and everyone one in between. There isn’t anything you can throw at me that I can’t handle 😊. My goal is to make each person in my chair feel special, beautiful and enjoy their entire experience.

I work only with a team of artists that are professional and passionate about their jobs. Having worked with so many different artists throughout the years I am very particular and specific about the quality of work and experience that each artist I work with has. I work with artists that I would trust at my own wedding.
